About the coral reef biome and what it looks like
Known as the kingdoms under the sea, coral reefs are the home to thousands of marine wildlife. Many of these coral reefs stretch for hundreds and hundreds of kilometres that help inhabit the thousands of creatures that need it to survive. The Great Barrier Reef is the largest coral reef in the world and starches from the top of Queensland, to the bottom of Brisbane. However, a lot of these famous reefs are being destroyed, not in small quantities, but large. The reason why is from both abiotic and biotic creatures. More info is on affects of wildlife and nature.
A coral reef can varies in what it look likes. You can have many different types of coral too. you can have coral that grows into platforms, coral that expands like a fungus over other areas of coral or over shipwrecks and coral that can grow into different styles like the brain coral shown above.
